Why I created this class series
When I first learned reiki, I was at a total loss of where my life was going. I had a ton of stress and had tried every other path towards healing. I had some success, however I still felt like a part of me was missing. This led me towards studying spiritual practices to see what resonated. Usui Reiki healed me on a spiritual and energetic level. It gave me a much needed sense of peace.
Understanding that reiki is a relatively new practice in the U.S., I decided this was something I needed to share with others. Regardless of what your path is I hope to spread this amazing practice in the hopes of bringing you and those around you a deep sense of peace and depth of knowledge in energy work. The first symbol literally means, “put the power here.” Learn how to use the first symbol to clear energy and charge whatever you need with with the palms of your hands. We will also cover the history of Usui Reiki. There is power in our story.

The second symbol is about settling your emotional and energetic wellbeing. Soothe and calm your energy while learning sacred Usui Reiki methods in this class to support your healing journey.
